Return Policy Have confidence in ordering with Fragrance Oil Express.com , if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the fragrance less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 10 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Backorder Policy
Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. If a product will be out of stock for a period of 5 business days or less we will hold the order and ship it all together to avoid confusion.

Shipping Policies
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via U.S. Post and actual delivery time will vary according to your Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) that you receive are damaged we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
