Body oils is one of the general terms used to describe oil based fragrances for men and women. These fragrances are much more potent than perfumes and colognes because they are the concentrate that perfumes and colognes are made of. 

Alcohol and other solvents may be used to cause the fragrance of perfumes to be carried out into the atmosphere. They seem to make the fragrance smell louder but the scent dissipates rapidly as the alcohol evaporates. The oil based body oils sit on your skin where your body heat causes the fragrance to spread. The result is a much longer lasting natural smelling fragrance. 

Body oils are taking over the perfume industry by storm becuase they elicit such a pleasant response and cost much less to use than the actual perfumes and colognes that they replace. You can save ovet 300 per cent of the purchase price of the actual perfume and cologne and lasts up to six times longer.
