Psoriasis is a skin condition which is problematic for the people who suffer with it. The best way to combat it is through a variety of different applications which need to be applied simultaneously. You have to use essential oils to fight it externally but you need to fight it internally also. This condition will flare up from time to time and I recommend the use of a variety of essential oils to treat it.
Tea Tree oil should be used initially. You should use it immediately after you bathe or shower the affected area. Scrub the area with a coarse cloth in order to deep clean it and remove dirt and dead skin. When you wash with soap you strip the skin of the protective oils that it uses to ward off germs so you need to replace them as quickly as possible. Tea Tree oil is ideal for this because of its germ killing properties. This product is such a good antiseptic that it can be used as an industrial disinfectant. It is strong yet gentle enough to be used on the skin. One of the things that make this product such an ideal germ fighter is the fact that it has a complex chemical structure which germs are not able to figure out and adjust to. It is light so it absorbs into the skin quite easily. It is oil so it doesn’t evaporate quickly at all. It continues to sit there on the skin where it performs its germ killing functions. After the skin has been stripped and treated with Tea Tree oil you can apply aloe vera oil to help with the restoration and recovery of the skin.
Aloe Vera is renowned for its healing properties. It has been used for thousands of years in the treatment of burns and other skin diseases and is very effective. It also nourishes the skin and provides it with necessary moisturizers which are essential in the treatment of psoriasis. V
Vitamin E oil is another effective oil to use in treating the skin. Vitamin E oil provides the nourishment of many different amino acids and other chemical compounds which are important for every type of skin function. It also provides vitamins and minerals which are essential for growth, cell recovery and skin repair. Aloe vera and vitamin E are also highly beneficial when taken internally. When you use these products and others both internally and externally you attack the disease on two different fronts.
Don't use alcohol and tobacco and avoid processed foods and refined food products. Also avoid the use of chemicals on and in the body. Use organic or natural foods as much as possible. If you apply these tactics with dilligence, and combine their use with
essential oil products you will see results over time. You have to be consistent and persistent. I guarantee you that these tactics will get results for you.
